That is really cool and when I have a longer time to play with someone I would love to play this too ;) . I just love all the little things to work with - the shelf is really something that grabbed me. But what a great idea to have a game that designs a game. I think this is a game I'd like to play, but some of the art is keeping me from buying it. Acrylic standees are fine, but I'm not into the specific character art on them. The board looks incredibly busy. I love the components, how you put things in the game box, the table you work at, and the 3x3 shelf for claiming bonuses.

I'm definitely into the theme, but I read the rulebook, etc., and I feel like without the theme (and ignoring the predictions mechanic), this is mostly a rehash of games I've played before. Do you feel like it brings enough to justify for someone who already has an excessive number of games (as in, > 500) and already has way too many crowdfunded games backed?

That’s a very good question. For myself (also having over 500 games), it totally would - but mostly because I really love the theme and box components. It really was a lot of fun. The prediction element is a cool twist we enjoyed, and the worker placement element was very well done and enjoyable to play. That said, it is fairly standard as far as worker placements go. Generally my approach with pledging, is if I have any doubts, I don’t pledge. I’ll only pledge those games that I want passionately. If I have any doubts at all, I wait until retail.
