I just got mine a couple days ago and it's an awesome board! It's got plenty of horsepower which is what you'd expect from a Meepo. And coming from a Meepo V2 plus, you can really see how much better modern e-skates are vs. what we had 4-5 years ago. The remote is much less twitchy and there's very little deadzone with the throttle wheel. And the wheels themselves make the ride feel much more premium.
I loved skateboarding back in the day but at 47 in don’t want to brake anything 😂 but do like the vids u put out. Please do one on the one wheel iver the urban surf wheel it’s about £119 but it’s got a 6” wheel. Love to see a review on that Plus the bigger one the 18” wheel one wheel. Please I use a E TWoW scooter witch I have mods to it so I stay with hand-bars for now lol
Thanks very much! Yeah I'm still a beginner skater and do feel a bit unstable sometimes so I know what you mean. That surf wheel looks really bad but i have a feeling people try to ride it like a one wheel but it actually works differently. Doubt I'll get a proper one wheel any time soon. Very expensive!
They're about the same really. Base your decision on which wheels you prefer and the price you'll pay. Meepo don't seem to sell the v4s now so if you got it I'd guess it would be 2nd hand.
@maksatonggaliuly6376 v4s definitely more comfortable. In my actual v4s review i talk about both of them. The handle on the v5 is handy and the board is bigger too. Torque is probably about the same since smaller wheels = more torque but the v4s has more power.
Good question. Technically the unicycle has so many advantages over the esk8. It can turn sharply, it's easier to go slow on an EUC and it can go over rougher terrain. But at the same power the EUC is slower and a LOT more expensive. I really love them both.
I think you haven't got enough experience with a hub drive e board with ordinary urethane wheels to appreciate how good those wheels are. They absorb a lot of vibration compared to standard skate wheels of a similar size. Not like a pneumatic tire but still relatively smooth compared to other skate wheels.
