As an introvert, this guy and this video are super inspiring to me, I have toyed with the idea of starting a YT channel just for an "experiment" too but always thought I'd be too boring. I was burned out after a whole year of coding and sort of started avoiding anything related to programming. I would hate the tutorials or projects ideas pop on my YT feed at that time but his thumbnails seems interesting and less boring. So I started binging his videos for a month straight and it revived my interest in tech and programming.

Fire ship has been the best fast summarization channel for me to learn something new to familiarize myself with something new and then go deeper in it. It really helped me build up into my current career and I’m still revisiting old videos or newer ones too to refresh my memory if I need to check something.

I love his voice, has a really unique touch. I somehow thought that it wasn't a real voice, but seeing a face and seeing how such a nice down to earth person he seems to be, it really makes it authentic. I love to see how much he values his family and that he can do what he loves. I'm a freelance programmer myself and I know this is a great feeling, but can also be hard sometimes to push yourself through. Wish you all the best!
