Hi guys I work for a company that tests baby carriers and I noticed Karl holding the baby in the carrier. He is too low - he should be right up on your chest and you should be able to kiss the top of his head very easily. I say this because if he is too low, it is not good for his back/spine and can affect his posture. No shade just wanted to help and make baby comfortable :)

Maybe try one with a newborn insert. The Ergobaby Omni 360 is a very good carrier. Try that one, they sell it in John Lewis :-) or the Baby Bjorn One
