@@stressrobotics The role of a VC isn't just to invest in potential companies. With funding will come some orientation. You don't have to wait for them to become experts. It's even better when the VCs under what it takes to build a robotics company. The VCs can as well help them connect with other experts.

VCs understand that there's money in the business and want to ensure that their best interest is secured. They also provide all sorts of resources including networking opportunities. For an investment part, they should just partner with the already established big companies that do what they think is not there in the world (remember everything they show is already there and better) so that they can grow so fast.
