They haven't been to China, so why do they say that about China? But In India if one suffers in public all come together to help the victims. And Indians are welcoming and talk with happy faces but in North Asian countries most people are introverts and not suitable for approaching. Every Temple has its own history and story and its unique characteristics. No country comes close to India in culture wise because it is the oldest and well preserved from 1000 years even so many evil forces tried hard to destroy India and its culture. They succeed a little bit. But still the majority of Indians are connected to roots.

Actually, they also mainly leave it up to the states (ie, provinces) in China. Schools shown in this video are quite typical for the very wealthy cities in China, but not all over China. But having said that, schools in other cities are also very good. Just not THIS good.
