Kari the Mortician interviews a young man who entered the business at a young age and became licensed young. Find out what he did to get licensed and how he worked hard to become a mortician.
I loved hearing from this young man talking about how he started out with wanting to be a funeral director! I also liked listening to his voice with that southern accent! Thanks KARI for doing this interview! Love to you KARI ❤❤from AKRON, OHIO 😊😊
Enjoyed listening to this young man so much. 10 years ago I had a hard time walking into a funeral home. Now I find your info so interesting. When my Daddy died in 1975 funeral services seemed to be cookie cutter. Night time visitation, funeral 2 o'clock following day with hymns, sermon and then procession to funeral home. Side note Daddy didn't darken the door of a church when he was alive, but he did when he was dead. Fast forward to 2022 and my Mom's was short daytime viewing for family with Big Band music. I had told the funeral director she loved that kind of music and they surprised me with that. I was very pleased. Then procession to cemetary, Playlist of more big band and a couple of hymns, I read her obit and a poem she loved and our Pastor who she was very close to did short sermon. Also my daughter had done her hair and makeup. All so personal and comforting. Best wishes to Daniel in all his endeavors.

Oh my gosh! I love his Kentucky southern accent! I’m from Kentucky also, so it’s the norm for me to hear but it’s not normally on your channel! Good luck, Daniel!
Daniel, you rock! I live in a small town in Tennessee, and you would be just the kind of director who would be welcome here! Your other interests are great to have, too.😊

Along with my last comment, you all both show so much compassion and love for not only the community but apparently for the families that you service and thank you so much for that because it’s the respect and compassion that shines through when someone’s going through this hard time of their lives. Thank you for that.🫶🏻❤️🤠
