In the best case, you will gain some capital appreciation thanks to the central bank increasing the money supply, however, if inflation heats up, you can see your property actually start to lose money in real terms. This is because there is an inverse relationship between housing and nominal interest rates. The central bank will attempt to slow down inflation with higher interest rates and curb lending. I started day trading back in college, took night classes so i could trade during market hours(futures and options).I didn't make too many long lasting friends since most night students mainly work and have no time, was also frugal so I didn't eat expensive meals. I do regret it now since I failed, but had it worked out, I wouldn't be where im at today. All I can say it's not for everyone which is why 9 out of 10 traders usually end up failing. Discipline, patience and commitment is required. I've days where im up thousands in which i become super happy and generous and had days where im down thousands which has caused me to lash out or get mad at others, but eventually I learned to delete that trait. I'm in my mid life years now and still dirt poor, I havn't made it yet, but the fight isn't over. Once I save enough money i'll have another go so i'll only invest in what i'm willing to lose.

Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *VRI TOKEN* , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. I've been in trading business for most of my life, you cannot make this kind of money trading alone. Only big trading firms/hedge funds can consistently bank that much. I can guarantee you this is all for show, and he's owing a bunch of money and will go bankrupt soon. Or he made money doing something else. You can't make this kind of money in FX, it's just not possible, but sharks keep selling you this dream that you can.
