And the fact that she was still energetic at 100 speaks to not only her own resilience, but to the love of those around her. My grandmother didn't live nearly as long as yours (86 years). I wish she had lived many years longer. However, she still surrounds me with happy, loving, caring memories, as I'm sure yours does too. 💕
You GET that kind of support when you ARE like this. This is the whole point is: people think their happiness will come from the outside. But it can only come from the inside! Sometime outside yes but that is always temporarly.

Before the Covid, I did Line dancing and Sequence dancing Mon to Fri. Everything stops now, will need revision for the steps when they come back. Very nice to see the young lady dancing and enjoying. Yes, she is amazing!

She is adorable! Age is only a number on the Calendar. My friend Dorothy will be 102 in October 2019, and she still can dance like this grandma. I hope to follow in their foot steps! The secret is to "think and act young"!! G-d Bless her!

Love this... I’m blessed... both of my grandmother’s are in their 90’s. My gma on my mother side still throws Single parties and works full time for the family jewelry store. My grandmother on my father side, works as a docent at our local museum. My grandmother’s advise to long lives... everything in moderation... Two finger of scotch whiskey and laughter every night. 😉💕
Am watching this video 2 years after. She is so lucky to be this fit at the age. Not many people are. My neighbour's is 97 she does everything by herself you would think she is 70.
