There was a huge opening for someone to make normal movies and shows based on story and entertainment. DW stepped in. I'm really surprised no one else did it. There's still an opportunity, DW isn't big enough to fill the hole alone.

Hmm if was an investor I’d be thinking great cinematography, great costuming, but at the same time I’d have to be wondering would the audience watch this or would fans of the book react negatively because book adaptations either go well or poorly.

I didn’t expect Brett Cooper to the female lead, so I only saw a very attractive young woman. I look forward to watching the show. Hopes of one movie fan, regarding media content: .On love, sex, violence, and censorship: -do a slow fade as a sheet gets pulled over the couple, but spare me the fake sex scenes. -a passionate kiss is can be glorious; bobbing for tonsils is not. -show respect for vows, oaths, and other personal commitments; don’t treat adultery, lies, and so on as acceptable. -swearing is natural, so go easy on such speech; leave the exuberant language of Katt Williams to his specials. -violence is real, and should be treated so. Never sanitize it, and do not glorify it. -do not treat issues like drug abuse (including alcohol,) crime, addictions, and mental health problems as fun, evil, etc. These are issues of individuals, not groups. -Ben Stein could be a great character actor. Just saying. -no cute robots. Ever.
It'll be interesting to see if Brett can break through her recent celebrity as a commentator -- that we'll be able to see her character instead of her acting like her character. I'm honestly not sure she will be able to, but we'll see.
For those that dont know. This is a fantasy movie based on the Pendragon series written by DJ Machale An american author . Its not snow white nor is it made by the dailywire ...they are just promoting it, because they are proud of their girl ! You go brett.
The pendragon cycle was written by Stephen R Lawhead, NOT DJ Machale. The books are Taliesin, Merlin, Authur, Pendragon,Grail & Avalon and well worth reading although I recommend the audio book series. The narration is excellent, especially Frederick Davidson.
