Do you love The Damned? Me too! Back in early 1977, I had a fanzine in Los Angeles with a friend and we were lucky enough to interview them...on mattresses on the floor! Then we went to their first show in L.A., at the now demolished Starwood in Hollywood.
I talk about what being a punk fan in the early days of 1977 was like in Los Angeles and what bands were around at that time. Enjoy!
