Meeting with Mr. Luis ‘Chavit’ Singson 1/11/2017

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte met with former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis ‘Chavit’ Singson at Malacañan Palace.
During the meeting, Mr. Singson talked on the security arrangements to be implemented for the staging of Miss Universe 2016 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on January 30, 2017.
The former governor has been an instrumental prime mover in making the Philippines host the 65th Miss Universe. The international pageant is organized by the Department of Tourism (DOT) and the LCS Group of Companies.
