I like how baxcalliburs signature move is in reference to the saying a double edged sword.

If Baxcalibur ever got a Mega Evolution, I would assume it stays a Dragon/Ice type because it's a pretty unique type combination and all the other pseudo legendaries keep their types when they Mega Evolve.

You know who deserves me gas Appleton and flapple they were given the same gmax form in their generation and an alternative evolution that outclasses them they both deserve something special

I personally think they should double down on the Godzilla bit and make its mega like Burning Goji. Maybe even make it a fire type instead of ice. Guess I should've listened a bit longer. Oops.

Giving it some kind of Ice Scales of ability would be a good reference to Godzilla fights against a certain three headed dragon.

It should have snow warning, but every turn it is snowing, his body should get slightly more covered in ice and snow. Its defense should go up 1 stage every turn it is snowing because its body is creating ice based armor. Each turn the model should physically update until its defense is maxed out. Mega final form

It's funny how Baxcalibur is just based on Godzilla's weird attack mixed with a dinosaur with weird things on its arms

One of the primary inspirations for Pokemon was Kaiju battles. So, of course Godzilla has his roots deep within many parts of the IP. As a lifelong Godzilla fan, I'm honored. Tyranitar is still my favorite Godzilla-inspired mon, though. Even if Baxcalibur is more faithful in design.

Its good to see another dragon content with Godzilla of course.

The idea of Baxcalibur becoming dragon fire is so cool. What if the axe on its back opens up to form sort of a volcano where the absorbed heat from thermal exchange explodes out. It could also be a parallel to Mega ttar with its back splitting open when it mega evolves.

Those were some interesting ideas. This is what I'd consider for the ability of a hypothetical Mega Baxcalibur: Tough Claws, Snow Warning, Ice Scales, Thermal Exchange, Slush Rush, or an improved version of Thermal Exchange that allows the Pokémon to not take damage from Fire-type moves used on it in addition to gaining an Attack increase each time it's hit with a Fire-type move.

Just imagine if the one of the mega evolutions gave it an ability which converted ice moves to another type

I like the Dragon Fire Mega idea, but I would give it flash fire as an ability instead of that therman exchange. It would be more of a strategically timed mega than a go all out mega. lik you use Glaive Rush, then the next turn you predict the double damaging fire move and mega evolve to get that flash fire ability and negate the whole debuff from Glaive Rush

For the 3rd idea - I think it would be cooler if the typing changed to be Fire/Ice instead!

What if the sword flipped to its stomach. And it's special att and att are swapped. Since it can be more physical with the sword in front and no longer has to do crazy fighting style. It gets something to up its accuracy since it can fight more effectively without letting its guard down.

I think no one has mentioned the fact that there is no held items nor abilities in legends arceus, so, are they going to introduce abilities and held items in z-a or just held item, or they could just rework megas to work without held items in z-a and never bring them back to the mainline games

I personally feel baxcalibur would benefit more from a regional form where it becomes rock/dragon.

Whenever I look at Baxcalibur, I don't think of Godzilla. I think of Godzilla Jr from Godzilla vs Destroyah. It looks too juvenile. It doesn't look rugged and old enough, and I blame that on the smooth head it has. Baxcalibur's design overall should have looked more goofier and softer. It should have had a less serious look, and looked more like Dragonite and Goodra. Glaive Rush is ridiculous in description and action; it's a reference to the scene in Godzilla vs Hedorah where Godzilla flew. Godzilla vs Hedorah was one of the first movies where the showa Godzilla was slowly becoming more heroic and geared towards kids. Baxcalibur's design should have matched the goofiness of his signature move

Ye some of these pseudos need reworks like garchomp it probably needs a slight buff to rough skin offensively and it should probably get a different ability than the sand one like intimidate and a signature move also probably dosent help that something like dragon rush which is equal to flare blitz in power isn’t a hundred percent accurate which if they made it dragon flare blitz it would be way more viable of a move

Fun Fact : France had the only complete skeleton of spinosaurous until Hitler army bombed the museum and it was lost forever. So having the original spinosaurous variant in legends ZA would make sense.
