The points per level are actually denoted by which frame on the frame cycle you choose the stage. During TAS runs, this can be manipulated to get the least possible points for the fastest countdown.
Great videos! I never understood why people found the yellow devil difficult. He only has one pattern. I have a video in my channel beating him with no damage and the buster only.
The "yellow devil battle" (Green and Orange) in Megaman 9 has to be the hardest. Two of them going at you and the nature of the black hole bomb can make aiming a pain :p
Whoah at 2:30, the debris from the Elecbeam-broken block killed that enemy! I didn't know that could happen... not that it's that useful, it's just kinda cool.
I wonder how many other players do like me and clear two pieces in one jump in the middle of the Devil's pattern. I tend to find the one long jump easier to time than two short jumps.
The Clear Points are determined at random, ranging from 50000 to 100000, but the common difference is 10000 points. The only exceptions to this rule are the Yellow Devil stage, which always gives you 100000 points, the Copy Robot stage which always gives you 100000 points, the CWU-01P stage which gives you a guaranteed 70000 points, and, of course, the Dr. Wily stage which will always give you 200000 points. However, you can still increase these scores further by collecting score balls.
Special weapons need to have more usefullness in the game, like the Ice Slasher freezes opponents or that Wheel to ride on walls from a different Mega Man game.
ah yes our good ol buddy the yellow devil i have 3 reasons to be atached to this boss. #1: that sneaky attack from the back as soon as you come in. im pretty sure that anybody who got there the first time they got hit. #2:hes got quite a tricky pattern to master and most of all doge when switching sides. #3:the clay golem nickname. well my name is clayton and i have part of my name in one the most iconic megamn bosses ever.......im so proud!!!!!
I've been pissed off about not being able to beat the Yellow Devil for three weeks, so what do you think I do when someone beats him without getting? GO RAGE!!
I believe megaman 1 was the best on nes I don't have it would like to find it though miss playing it I only got 2 megaman's on nes right now megaman 2 and 3. Megaman 1 is unique though doesn't have energy tanks and all the other stuff looks unique on it and the music is cool on those maps. It would've been cool if they made all of them together where you could used each skill for all the others mix it up a bit like a remix that would be unique. Like have megaman 1 with megaman 2 etc with skills.
nice job on the yellowdevil, i can also beat him without getting hit ^^ even with blaster, its funny that ppl says hes the hardest MM boss ever, but hes just like ice man, they do the excactly same pattern all the time so if u just remember it its not that hard at all,, altho i still dont use blaster on him cuz its so annoying that 50% of the time u cant hit him cuz the eye is so high up xD would take for ever
in megaman power up bomb man weakness was cutman and 1 yellow devil 2 shadow devil 3 retarded devil cmon he only says BUMO bumo bumomomomoomomomo BUMOOO
I noticed a strange amount of ladders in the recommendations after watching this. prntscr.com/60riii I think there were more the first time, but I F5'd.
