Sadly this cover would never work as a track in the actual game. Chill Penguin's weakness to fire would trivialize the fight.

All these years later, Mega Man X is still close to the top of my favorite soundtracks of all time. Original music: Amazing. Heavy Metal covers: Amazing. This soundtrack does something to my soul, and I'm fine with it!

It took me half a second to realize those balls floating in the back are the same ones you find on power-lines. I thought you edited them in and that you'd be adding other weird effects! Nope, just power-lines. Damn if this song isn't already powerful enough to feel like power-lines going through you!

This is so good, so good that believe it or not and you may or may not be aware, this is being used in a really kick ass mod for a game called 30XX. The mod lets you play as various armors of X and Zero over Nina and Ace, plus bosses from x4-x6, enemies, foes like vile, even classic appearances like rush and protoman. It's amazing, like this cover.
