the best part of this game was finally beating this guy and thinking "thank god that's done" then at the end being hit with the sudden reminder that Mega Man games have to end with boss rushes
@@Neo-Metal17 Same, Phoenix Magnion becomes easy but tedious once you figure out how to exploit his gimmick. Foxtar can decimate you in seconds even if you are careful.
@@pkmntrainerred4247 Yeah and so can pegasolta eclair he can literally toss out of the arena like its nothing its just annoying and terrible when that happens
@@benjaelmasnubxd No they didn't The GBA can do much better than this. The zero games are masterpieces but the worst aspect of them is the music. Not the scores or compositions but the sounds they used. It doesn't sound right. That's why every remastered track is better
@@neuxdex9740he isn't wrong. Majority of the ost sounds meh or garbage sound wise. Like the guy said, go and listen to the remastered soundtrack. The composition remains unchanged but the actual quality is much better.
3 years late but I think that might be an reference to X6. Metal Shark Prayer was the first Irregular to send attacks from fallen irregulars to attack X or Zero I believe it was Sting Chameleon, Magne Centipede, and Blast Hornet. And when you get metal anchor and charge it with X you get to summon Storm Eagle's dive attack.
Ben Grzesiak Whaaat? It should be intense though. Blowing up all those walls and generators and dashing between gallon heavy lava canisters and over boiler basins. Tackling bigass shield guys spinning morningstars and killing giant mecha crabs - hell.
@@lonetraveler3480 This stage is just too awesome for how chill the pacing is. The fact that you can play the second half of the stage in reverse just makes it better. You are even rewarded for doing that by having one of Magnion's attacks be much easier to dodge.
The music really fits in with the atmosphere of the stage. Music like these are pretty much why MegaMan(mostly the Zero games)is one of my fav video games franchise
The searing heat of the generators bear down on him as he opens the door, the metal all around him glowing a bright orange. "How long am I gonna be in here?" He asks into the earpiece as the massive pieces of steel close behind him. "As long as it takes to shut down the generators. I know it's hot in there, but it'll get better as you destroy them." Ceil replies. "Great... here's hoping I don't overheat first..." Zero mumbles to himself.
i remember this boss...he was a pain sliding on the walls wasnt a choice so it made it harder to beat him and evade at the same time point is we need this SOUND TRACK AT OUR SCHOOLS!
He's easier than you think. If I remember correctly you can bait him into attacking when he's off screen by shooting your buster, then you can hit him with a charged saber hit when he flies at you.
I actually really like this stage and boss. I know people’s complaints but when it comes to the boss, just pay attention to where he teleports, don’t rely on charge attacks, basic attacks are good. When he does fire dash, if you have thunder chip you can hit him out with a charge attack, the 4 clone attack, just jump. If you fallow all that you should be fine. And when it comes to the bombs in the stage you can get a bit more influence on their launch direction with directional input, chain rod can also help with precision, just be careful to not pull them toward you. Also plan your route the stage is pretty open and that’s what I like about it, there are two main branching paths. Take the first branch near the start and basically work your way backwards, it also makes the boss easier.
OMG I've been looking for this song, and this game and I finally found it. I remember my cousins had this game and I remember this song the most. mfw I find out there're 4 MMZ games, but I found it! :D thanks for uploading!
THEY NEVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRR STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!
Fun stage, stealthy music, very unique, but it has one of my least favorite bosses to fight in the entire game (if you don’t have the electric chip or if you don’t know what to do)
Hearing this again...not sure why it kinda reminds me of Thanos' boss theme from War of the Gems: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-To0Oc3nxtRI.html
This boss wasn’t even that hard I don’t understand how people had so many problems with him… took my two tries to memorize the moves it’s pretty simple he has like four
One of my favorite themes in the entire game but FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK PHOENIX MAGNION HIMSELF. One of the most annoying bosses not only in the Zero series, but in the entire Mega Man series as a whole.
