I agree. Cryptic writings has got some great lyrical stuff as well as guitar playing even though its a little toned down from their previous albums. Idk how people downplay it so much
Friedman's solo in "The Disintegrators" is really underrated. Unmistakably Marty. It's probably been said, but you could take Marty's weakest material in Megadeth and it's better than 99% of what's out there...literally.
Say whatever m a hardcore Dave Mustaine and Megadeth fan.. Cryptic Writings and Countdown to Extinction are by far the most intelligent thrash metal albums 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Vatua!
Someone should really have whooped Dave’s ass when he fully replaced Nick Menza. That’s not right. Poor guy didn’t get to play Woodstock. It shoulda always been Nick and Ellofson in the band.
Será muy interesante cuando llegues a The World Needs a Hero y The System Has Failed.
Kinda jarring to all of a sudden have Degrasso behind the kit. This was like both the best and worst era of the band. Performance-wise, best live vocals and Marty and Dave operated as one entity...but soon no more Nick and Marty is inside his last handful of shows leading up to the Risk tour. Its so good tho to see Dave playing the KV1's here, I was so into him I owned 6 at one time. Not cheap by any means back in the day but finding one now is practically buying a car. Will never not hate myself for having to sell them
@@VideInfra Definitely that would be interesting, but I don't think Mustaine will accept to let nobody but him to sing in Megadeth. And if he does, probably the person in charge would be a profesional singer, chosen by auditioning, like he did with other memebers, as Kiko
