He makes it look so easy. The Dystopia tour was an amazing one. They played five to six songs from the Dystopia album and they all fit in amazing with their classic material. I really do wish that they would release a double live album/DVD from the Dystopia tour. I am really looking forward to their next studio album.
NajlepszeLepszeDobre Atleast Dave voice is not as bad as having to listen Lars bang on drums like a child with garbage cans and Kirk Hammett guitar skills that never progressed.

I just got into Megadeth but always knew of them. Mustaine is brilliant I'm still in awe. Normal people/musicians don't come up with riffs/compositions like this. Oh and that Marty Fieldman or Freeman is amazing..never heard of him until I recently looked him up.
@@MISTERMOODYHYADD Look for Dave Mustaine's autobiography "A Life In Metal". You will wonder how he is still alive. Actually, I'm pretty sure he did die already, once or twice.
Moody Hyadd it’s Friedman, and also u should watch some of daves interviews - he explains that quite a lot of lyrics in peace sells (album not song) are actually instructions of hexes because he used to be into black magic and he performed rituals - but now he’s a Christian which is why he is reluctant to play them
@@sherlockhonks2514 he did die once I think it was in the early 90s he had swallowed a handful of valium after a show had gone awry when the barricade broke like a night or 2 before they were scheduled to play the budokan arena in Tokyo thankfully they were able to revive him though
I remember meeting Dave. I shook his hand. I looked at him in the eyes. Firm hand shake grip. I sincerely thanked him for his music he brought to the masses. Fuck man. It was an incredible experience I'll take to my cremation.
Mark Perez I did the same as he was fucking awesome man. I was at the release of his beer in NYC and he hung out behind the bar by me for about 45 minutes and I got to hang with him the entire time and talk to him. It was the greatest night of my entire fucking life. A lot of people say shitty things about him but he was an absolute gentleman and I’ll never forget that night as long as I live.
I'm sure Mustaine has heard a thousand times that being kicked out of Metallica was the best thing that ever happened to him. I am here to take the role of setting the record straight ,truth is Dave being kicked out of Metallica was the best thing that happened for all of us true fans that grew up baring witness to what will forever hold the title of The world's state of the art speed metal band but then to go on for decades defending his title all along fighting demons ,second guessing himself. Modest every step of the way and all a committed fan could do is be at every show ritualistically supporting the underdog to victory, eventually he couldn't deny his self made fame but his success came at a heavy price, and I just love a good success story, thank you two both Daves for setting the bar. There is already too many standards that are no standards at all in this World and sometimes Megadeth was the only thing that got me through. From the bottom of my heart, through all the acid tripping in High school, longing for the weekend not to chase pussy but to drop more and watch head bangers ball,I say thank you
Little did I know,it got me all the distracting pussy I could eat and more. I give credit where credit is due,for I didn't have the flattering one liners, but I guess my obsession for good metal growing up is what made the ladies wet, and that my friends is talent beyond the wildest imagination.
@@jeremyschreibsr.8297 i agree but.. Just a quick point BEARING Witness Not baring Witness Now that aside...... Fucking oath... Mate THE FUCKING BALL....... \m/ \m/ THE FUCKING HEADBANGERS BALL HAHA Who can forget that shit huh ? and yes indeed... Sometimes metal was the only thing that got us through i completely agree my brother and i think , many years later, Deth or Metallica, METAL... is what binds us (That generation) We experienced something together that would never happen again at the time we didn't know it and we thought it would last forever and even though we will it always hold it dear....... We had something more special than what we could Fathom at that time WE FUCKING HAD METAL Pity we didn't fully understand what that meant at that time but we fucking do now, don't we Be Cool mate, I Feel you ROCK ON FOREVER \m/ \m/
The clarity and tightness of Ellefson is iconic. I really like his perfection approach. In addition to his clear bass tone. While Trojio of Metallica is very sloppy. A bass player perspective of mine. When I perform I focus on tightness and bass tone clarity. So I respect that and I think its very important.
It's amazing how Kiko's guitar playing, image and personality fits in Megadeth. He's a committed person, not too young drug-free, awesome fast guitar player. The better choice ever for sure.
I had to reply cause it cracked me up! Like who films these shows. I can remember watching one show and as Marty was playing the solo in Tornado of Souls they were showing Dave doing the riff. I dont think most of them have a clue. LOL
I really like Kiko...off stage he's seems somewhat soft-spoken and humble, but onstage he's an engaged, no holds-barred, high-polished metal machine. Cerebral, yet visceral at the same time...a perfect fit for Megadeth.
They're second biggest selling thrash band with strings of platinum records, so how's that not big enough ? lol Megadeth music is very instrumental driven , its going to be more niche compare to lets say, AC DC, Aerosmith, Guns N Roses or Bon Jovi. The only band from thrash genre that as big as those bands is Metallica.
Same. Fusion Prog Rock/Metal is where its at. Kiko was and still is a huge influence on that element of my playing. Guthrie Govan is a beast as well. Would love to see Kiko and Guthrie in a metal band haha.
@Marcos Colon honestly with the exception of when they get a chance to improv or get let free to write their own parts it doesn't seem to matter who is playing. What I mean is all the guitarists after Marty seem to play his parts note for note so you don't get to really hear their individual influence as a musician in most of the songs. Hell they even phrase the individual notes as closely to Marty as they can lol. All of the players after Marty have been great though. Kiko, who they have now, is my favorite.
What pisses me off is people thinking that because one is gay they can't do shit. Can't you come up with other things to say? I hate bigotry, homophobia(Closeted Gays), Racism, Sexism, or any sort of hate. No one needs an opinion based on insults. Never miss a good chance to shut your mouth.
Dave Mustaine , please do not ever fire or let both Kiko and Dirk ever leave the band. They are perfect for Megadeth. Megadeth in my opinion has not had this kind of amazing chemistry since the Rust In Peace lineup. Let this be the final Megadeth lineup. We love the band exactly the way it is at this moment. This performance is phenomenal!!! I got lucky and found a bootleg CD of this whole show and it sounds just as amazing as this video. I listen to it in my car very often and it really sounds like an officially released live album.
I'm amazed by how tight, fast and powerful they sound. excellent sound mixing. no one in this genre of music compares to them...in my own humble opinion.

I prefer Chris Broderick over Kiko. In fact I think the Super collider lineup was my favourite since RiP. It could have been the best if they had a better drummer than Shawn, but he did great
Dave Mustaine will beat throat cancer!! All the obstacles that he has overcome in his life, this is another one that he will defeat. This show is one of my favorites. I have finally found a bootleg of this show on CD and it sounds amazing.
@One O One absolutely!! Dave Mustaine is a fighter. Everything that Dave has ever been through he has always found a way to overcome it. Just like the last song on Megadeth's album Youthanasia Dave Mustaine is a VICTORY.
What is this caused from ? Stretching the vocal cords from singing hard metal melodies,or alchohol or cigarettes?.. Sad Eddie Van Halen couldn't pull it out.Yes Healing Vibes for Dave!
Taqueopariu!!!
E pra quem quer a qualidade desse show melhorado apenas suba um pouco o tom usando algum app sla,ai vc ouve perfeitamente o baixo........
So much respect for Dave man... you can tell he's getting older especially bc of his voice. Although Elefson has been there since the beginning, this guy has taken Megadeth single handedly to such heights... Big 4 kind of level! And you can tell by bringing Kiko into the band Dave has no intentions of stopping any time soon... if it wasn't for age and his unfortunate illness. Nothing but love and respect Dave!!!! Get well soon!!!
@@purexhoney Mustaine has no vocal technique which is the biggest problem he's always had. Bruce Dickinson sounded amazing as always even after throat cancer, because he uses safe vocal technique.
Hoje, no gigante MEGADETH!!!!
Dave sounds better here than I thought he did at the time, whether his voice is gone or not though I will always see megadeth at every oppurtunity because they kick ass!
This one has the best sound of all Megadeth pro shots video throughout Dystopia tour. Loud bass, clear drum sound, thick guitar tone. Dave vocal was weak but I dont care. This was before his cancer treatment and its still better than listening to overdubs like their last few DVDs. Best line up since their 90's line up without a doubt. No more lazy drumming from Drover.

Rami H. Zuhair i really don’t think that’s the mistake. Dave isn’t going to continuously get upset for mistake note before the song starts. I think his guitar was cutting on and off, which would be a tech error, he’s also looking to the left of the stage at the tech Kiko is on his right.
Kiko is one of the of the few guitarists who inspired me to pick up the guitar.. Been listening to his music from when he was is Angra. And boy, I felt really proud when I heard he joined Megadeth.. 💕
When I see this performance all I can think is TIGHT, they really consolidate as a great huge unit, Kiko is obviously great at solos, but, all of them have such a tight rhythm. Gotta love them.
The dystopia stuff is so damn tight and ridiculous. Holy kiko!!!!! What an amazing record. And rather prophetic if I dont say so myself. Bravo guys. One of my fav megadeth records of all time no doubt. Deserved every bit of that Grammy
