You need to beat a boss with a lvl of 8 or higher for it to drop a part (after 2 collision hours of waiting). The hunter rank gives the mavericks a higher level, for example by default X is B rank and Zero is SA rank, so at the same hour the boss will have +2 levels if he fights Zero. The level of the bosses depends of the hours untill collision, the amount of bosses already defeated, including both Dynamo fights, and lastly your character's rank. The method used to get 8 parts (it is impossible to get all 16 parts) is to waste hours untill there is only 12 hours left (for zero) or 10 hours left (for X), now you can start beating stages.

@@user-jf3kj4gm4eI Will answer you. When you defeat a Boss that give you parts the game doesnt give you teh parte until you complete 2 more stages. Dinamo counts as a stage so the game gave you the part at the end of that.

lol not sure why but even they recover the "rockman ekkusu sixu" thing at the menu they forgot to recover when x shot his charged buster or Zero do rekkoha(KUDAIRI!)

In x5 in normarl or hard if bosses are in lvi 8 after you kill them at the report players will know the live or enrgey + you get the parts in x6 you need to find any repiods that have a part
