I actually enjoy seeing gameplay for the MMZ series that isn’t horrifically bad, but isn’t perfect either; perfect/no damage vids tend to be way too good and quick to get me excited about the boss’s fights themselves; I like it like a decent player seeing them for the first time, competent but unsure of what to expect If I wanted to tech bosses to beat them in new, interesting ways, or just beat them faster, I’d look there, but they’re not as fun to watch imo. It’s basically a problem of enjoyment vs. run improvement videos, and this has a fair balance of it without the boring charge spam
I would have liked that, like Fefnir, in the battles of Harpuia and Leviathan the same progressive damage that Zero's attacks were taking had been noticeable; I am surprised that they have left that detail aside and that it is something exclusive to the battle of the red x guard.
The battle drags on and gets ridiculously easy after you've taken out all four of his "dragon-cannons" that they just spew fire weakly. The battle should've been shorter. See 3:35
*remembers actually misreading the battle card challenge in legacy collection and saving a a rank cyber elf for leviathan* ...I felt like a dumbass that day
I love the zero series but lets be honest..... the super versions of leviathan and harpuia are the most stereotypical impractically japanese thing I have ever seen in the megaman franchise! They transform into a giant inflexible stingray and a jet..... It's like if wilys final form were a giant frisbee with him splayed on it like a bug on a car windsheild. LOL
