It really depends on the character and the person interacting with that character. Like at Disney, 90% of the characters aren't even supposed to know what a phone is, so they couldn't have these conversations. Even if they did, they couldn't really be as cynical as Megatron. Both parks have characters that just smile and wave, and both parks have some that you can talk to and will engage in similar things to this

Furny Yeah, like Disney literally has a Gaston who accepted a push-up challenge from a visitor. Never been to any of the parks, but both seem make for some extremely talented and entertaining performers.
