Thanks to you, this was an amazing recipe. My family loved it. I even made paneer using the same recipe and it was amazing. One thing I changed was, adding curry leaves since that is a major flavor in Meghana's chicken. I blended all the chicken masala with curry leaves and also added fried curry leaves as topping. That made it even more delicious.

with what can i substitute yoghurt and cream? i observe kosher so i cant mix mean with dairy. is it ok if i omit?

you can omit yogurt and cream.. they just give a bit of oily texture and an oily layer to the meat portion.

Hi Vidya, Nice recipe. Looks yummy. One clarification, in Meghana biryani when we get from the shop there will be chunks of spicy masala in the rice. But in your recipe I couldn't find that. Chicken recipe is very much similar. But Rice recipe seems to be different.

Turned out awesome. Meghana biryani was something I used to crave for. However, instead of pressure cooker, cook the rice in microwave or electric rice cooker that makes rice pluffy

The chicken was 95% the same as meghana biriyani with the same taste and tenderness. Please upload a video to cook the rice and masala like meghana as well. Great instructions. Thank you :)
