Join Mekdes for a 10km/Half Marathon specific workout along Moiben road, a short drive from Iten, Kenya where she is based at the moment.
The workout: 2*1500m (1min30sec recovery), 3*1200m (1min30sec recovery), 5*1000m (1min20sec recovery). Recovery between sets: 2min.
