Mel Torme and his his trio came in to record music for the "Night Court" audience show, recording the next night. Producers wanted various times and Mel arranged the music on the spot and the trio got it right on the first take This shows Mel in action. Since the studio cameras had been wrapped for the night the LD got his camcorder to capture this magic event. The final product follows the 3 takes. Cut down from about 45 minutes of studio time.
