Thank you =) It would be great if I could do my own vocals. It would unlock whole next level of possibilities, like changing pace, rhythm, intensity, register, adding growl or scream, adding or removing harmony, and much much more. But unfortunately, stealing other people vocals is all I can do.

@@NaySan I’m sure you could if you trained for it, even if your voice isn’t necessarily “perfect” you can still do it! There’s quite a lot of musicians I listen to that dont have the best voices but the instruments and lyrics are good! (best example is probably dayzndaze) and there’s also ways to edit your voice and autotune to make it better too

That's not possible. There's a chance that it will be quickly removed by WMG through DMCA takedown request. I would try it and see what happens if the attempt was free, but, unfortunately, uploading on spotify costs money, and I don't feel like throwing money. If you feel adventurous and have money to waste, you can try it yourself. Make a throwaway spotify account and upload my cover through some distributor, like DistroKid. Worst case you lose 20 bucks, some time, and the throwaway account.

@@yellow_no.5_snow Thank you for your support, but I feel I need to explain some things to you. Music is a weird field. Skill in music almost always means virtuosity with instrument or voice. This is why so many people absolutely hate autotune. Because for them, it's basically cheating. The only skill I have is writing music, but it just so happens that it's the most devalued skill in modern reality. Do you know how good composers and songwriters make money? They work as ghost writers for pop stars. Because nobody gives a flying fuck about songwriters and their so called "skill". Average Joe needs a persona in a face of pop star that can show the virtuosity of some kind, usually through singing.

Thank you =) I prioritize covers, because I learn more by reconstructing others' music and trying to add my own spin in such way that it will sound natural. This "spin" usually requires me to go outside of my comfort zone, and that teaches me new tricks and techniques.

Emm... The problem is that I don't know music theory. I think of music as a combination of intensity, dynamics and emotion, not as harmony, melody and rhythm. I refer notes by rainbow colors instead of latin letters, and chord changes by their impact on the listener instead of distance and function. As a result, even if I make my tutorial, nobody would understand it. Anytime I mention any music terms in my comments, it means I had to google them up. I can give some advice, but remember that I just a random person on the internet. General: () The most important one: If you ever tried anything in music and failed, just remember that every single musician, even the best one, fail. Stuff you hear is the best result. How much failing lead to that result is hidden behind the scene. So if you ever tried to cover a song and didn't get desired result, try again. And again. And again. And again... () Practice is the king. The only way to learn how to write songs is to write songs. The only way to learn how to cover songs is to cover songs. Theory can explain stuff, but it won't teach how to do it. () Limitation breeds creativity. The more limited your possibilities are, the more creative your brain will become to overcome them. Cover specific, my own rules: () ALWAYS take songs you absolutely like. There's nothing worse than losing motivation in the middle of the song because you don't want to hear it anymore. () Start with the hardest irreplaceable section first. If you couldn't cover it, working on the rest of the song is a waste of time. Don't ask how I know lol. () Modern music is often driven by the timbre of the instruments and specific sounds, not by the actual notes. So it's a good idea to recreate some sounds or synths and incorporate them into cover. () Songs defined by melody. So it's a good idea to do not touch melody. Everything else can be changed into whatever. () For me is important to preserve the original's mood. If the song is dark, my cover has to be dark. If the song is lighthearted, my cover has to be too. () There's no wrong notes. The entire western music theory is built around extremely dissonant chord resolving to consonant chord, V7-I movement. So if the music clashes violently with the melody, it's okay as long as it resolves properly. () There's situations when any rules worth to be broken to achieve greater results.

Thus, I do not like the song. Sorry. As for pluto and milk - as I said, I cannot make another version for nether of them. You can use my versions if you want. If you have a band and can rerecord music, you don't need my consent. Mechanical license grants legal right for any musician to cover any song of any other musician. I do not have tabs, because I write music in daw, ie using piano roll. The best I can do to help is to provide a reaper project file with midi notes, or midi file directly. You also can use my instrumentals and I can provide clean versions of them, if you wanna do a vocal cover and do not want to hassle with music.

Definitely not a remix, because remix implies that the work was released officially. Ultimately, is up to a judge to decide how to classify a work. If someone has a good lawyer, the work will be classified as a cover. If not, then the work will be classified as a derivative and said person will be brutally fucked.

@@anmayo917 Just for you to understand, the only difference between a cover and a remix is the right holder of the recording. A cover - author of the cover is the right holder of the recording. A remix - author uses recording that belongs to someone else with permission. So. If I ask Melanie to rerecord her vocals and she will sound exactly as in the original, then the work will be a cover. Despite the fact that for the listener there will be absolutely no difference in Melanie's performance. On the other hand, if Melanie decides to use her own acapella from her own song to make a remix, the work will be classified as a bootleg\derivative work and she will get sued into oblivion by her own label. If she gets label's permission beforehand, the same work will be classified as a proper remix.
