This episode was great AND concerning. People in The West just don't seem to get IT and refuse to open their eyes. What's worse, at least in the U.S., is that political leaders are more concerned with pandering to the far Left for votes and winning the next election. I also appreciate the show's commentary on the shortfalls regarding Israel's handling of Gaza and what comes next. I believe if we don't take the lead in the short and the long run, the IR's influence and control will only spread. I hope that you and your contacts at the political level and at news outlets can light a fire under those within Israel that have the power. I hope that the Abraham Accords will one day play a larger role in the region. Do you think that an independent Palestinian state is inevitable? (I'm not asking whether or not you'd be in favor of it.) Even if you (or we) don't believe it could happen, I think it would be incredibly unwise to ignore the possibility and fail to have a plan for how to be involved instead of sitting back and watching the IR (or Qatar) take the reigns.

Without Jews--and Arabs and Muslims--Spain would be a very different and far less rich place than it is, in every way, music, art, cuisine, language, science, etc. I think that some people just hate the fact that their group, the dominant group wherever they live, isn't the only group that's contributed to their culture.
