Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

Am I the only person who is quite unhappy for Meredith being there? Yes, she is lovely. I am not bashing her as a personality. However - slow in learning, too often bad in dancing their particular style and a total lack of knowledge at the interview. After all looks are not everything. Amy, who’s the point of the triangle, is not as stunning as her visually but she’s the total package. And so are most of them. DCC, you’re sending the wrong message here in my humble opinion.

Her smile is wooden. I think it’s the eyes. When she was selected to semis. Finals and training camp. Watch her smile. And her whole face especially the eyes. It’s genuine because she’s happy. When she dances it just looks like she is smiling with her mouth. Like saying cheese for a photo.

All this Meredith hate is silly. This is a competition and it’s not always fair. Meredith is beautiful and apparently the team likes her. DCCs are beautiful women. You can be a great dancer but if you’re not close to looking like a Victoria’s Secret model, you’re not getting in.

I feel like the producers definitely played up meredith's mistakes for drama. There is no way that somone that bad would have made the team and if Jerry Jones ordered her to make the team like some of you are saying then surely he would have made sure the show reflected her as a good dancer to cover up the fact that he was behind her making the team. No hate just an opinion. Edit: also every time I see her dancing in the background when the camera isn't on her she is holding her own and performing well.

Everyone knows that DCC is not a lifelong career, but it doesn’t means it can’t be a goal... A part of their lives that they enjoy and appreciate to do before moving on to other things... I heard that she won't re audition until the show gets canceled. It makes me wonder if this show is on it's way out. I personally hope not. But from what I've heard about Kelli and Co. whether true or not I wouldn't be surprised if Kelli, Judy or both quit after this or next season. And plz don't ask me to elaborate, because I don't know details or if part. any, or all of it is true.

i totally respect the cheerleaders and dancing on a HUGE football field is difficult and challenging, but 3 minutes and 51 seconds isn’t long at all. i’ve dance for 12 minutes on pointe with 10x better technique than cheerleaders. however, they have to travel WAY MORE than a tiny stage so 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ clearly it’s hard

These girls works hard to be on this squad. They only get paid around $150 per game and 50-75 dollars per public appearance which don't buy anything. I don't know how they make bills and spend all their time practicing.
