this was a better video than many others on RU-vid.. nobody shows how to work on stacks. so really thank you. I ll subscribe now cause hoping to see more useful content from you. also thank you for not talking the entire video instead of showing what supposed to be done. many thanks.

Been using melodyne since 2008. Wouldn't dream of using anything else. What other plugins do you like to use?

@@Mr_Audio its great man same here melodyne is my no. 1 tool for tuning vocals btw i use waves plugins for compressors

I mainly use Izotope and Plugin Alliance plugins. You should check out analog obsession plugins they all have oversampling and they are free but if you like them you should donate. He truly creates great plugins. Check them out! www.patreon.com/analogobsession

i got melodyne assitant finally and back to this video. i figured i should have just bought melodyne 5 cause vocalign creates artificial effects when I line the stack vocals, did not give me the result I needed;/ i should ve invested in melodyne 5 instead. ;/

I actually haven't released this song yet. It's been sitting on my hard drive. I don't have any album artwork to go with it. But it is finished. If you like you can email me and I'll give you a private SoundCloud link. mraudioofficial@gmail.com But until I have money for a release promotion strategy and some album artwork, on my hard drive is where it'll sit unfortunately.

Can someone help. I'm having an issue with my melodyne 5.3.1.. My tempo window (button) is missing??? Did they remove it???

Thanks for getting back to me👍 A tech rep from Celemony actually got back to me via email. It turns out the reason my tempo button wasn't visible was because the plug-in window wasn't fully expanded. Simply grabbing the lower right corner and dragging it revealed the tempo button.

Yeah with not enough information or too much information Melodyne can screw up I'm still learning music theory, well I'm much better now, but when I made this video I had forgotten most I learned in high school cuz that was a long time ago

Does Melodyne ever list modes? because if not, D major is a better approximation to it than G imo, despite the fact that only G shares all the notes kinda like the Sweet Home Alabama debate

Melodyne does do modes but it's some of the advanced features. Maybe I'll do a video on that in the future.

Good video, BUT, I'm over here trying to take notes... and sometimes I can't hear what you're saying because the volume drifts back! For example, at 10:48-10:50 you said, "the lead vocal looks like that, let's make that one *blub blub blub* (inaudible)..." You have potential to have a good channel, but you got to fix that. If people can't understand what your saying in certain parts, they're going to remember that. Yes, there's a lot of good information in here, but it has to be presented better.
