To prepare, you'll need:
• 200 ml warm milk
• 3 grams salt
• 1 egg
• 60 grams sugar
• 8 grams dry yeast
Mix these ingredients together and add 400 grams of flour. Then, add 30 grams of butter. Knead well and leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
For the filling:
• 2 medium-sized onions, sautéed in vegetable oil until golden brown.
• Add ground boiled chicken fillet (ground in a meat grinder).
• Salt and pepper to taste!
• Add 60 ml cream
Divide the dough into 8 parts. Form buns.
For a golden color, brush the buns with egg yolk.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
