I hope you enjoyed the first part of this little 2 part series I've made. In part 2 we are putting all the tips and recommendations from the previous episode into practice in the most INSANE session I have ever had at Melton! I really hope you enjoy this video as I sure had an absolute blast out there catching all these fish!

Awesome Job there mate! Great to see so many quality fish comming out of Melton res!! When I heard for the first time they were going to stock it I was happy however could never anticipate how great it would turn out! Hope to see you on the water again soon!

Cheers mate, it's really turned into a phenomenal fishery with the work VFA have put into it. It's just a shame that there are private clubs there trying to keep the system entirely to themselves when it's a public waterway for all to enjoy in it's entirety.

@@jordythebassistit was also my first landbased cod on lure and first on surface I thought it was giant Bass at first, my mate turned his head torch on and we were both in disbelief. So far this video is ripper mate Yella after Yella who could complain with that 💪

I'm assuming the pressure was on the rise on this day of fishing, that plus overcast can really produce, finding a school of yellas definitely can mean fish after fish 🎣💪 You should try the Daiwa soft shell vibes they smash they yellas from what I have seen. I reckon you almost did beat that PB What an absolute what an absolute wicked session mate, doesn't get much better than that 20 in a session 🎣💪 I definitely know what it's like to set goal.amd complete it 🎣👍

Cheers mate, I was using a size 3 Stumpjumper. I typically try to stay in a depth of 4-5m as that ensures the Stumpjumper is close enough to the bottom and structure to entice the fish but not risking it snagging up too much

It's possible but from what I've been told the ski club don't like it too much. Probably because they want you to use their ramp which means you would need to pay an absurdly high fee to join their club
