I have difficulties with a man (l think he is my ex, but he never ended the relationship). First he wanted space, then he blocked me and now he ignores me. I gave him too much attention. I did everything for that man, so l lost my value. Also l think he is a commitment phobic man and he didn't always treat me well. He is lazy too. He was happy, l think, that l boosted his ego. Now l will take Alex' advice and keep my distance. I will not write or call him again, so l will not chase him, don't ask him questions and l will not act needy or mad anymore. I will be silent. I don't think he will ever come back to me, unless it's for his personal gain and for the wrong reasons. I deserve better. He didn't even put me on a pedestal. It's just so sad that some women like me, put so much effort in the wrong man, because we love him and we even believe that he might be the one, just because he gives us sometimes that feeling or he talks about it, but his actions don't. He doesn't give me what l need, although l gave him everything he wanted or needed. It's so unfair. He should have appreciated me instead of blaming me. l am very sad and l need to pick myself up and try to move on with my life. He really broke my heart several times and l don't know if l can ever heal from it. 😢

@@sarcodonblue2876Same. It’s exhausting and my values no longer match with theirs because men love toxicity. They find it exciting so if you want a healthy peaceful relaying ship you are boring to them. I just broke up with one who kept disregarding my boundaries and blocked him so he can’t use coercive control on me again and took the control away from him. He can cry and be as mad as he wants. My peace and my goals are more important to me than his dumbass

I sort of suspected this with my man. He was crazy about me, initially. When i assured him of my love, I think he got bored. People say its games but its human nature. Men do like a bit of stress and challenge.

I stressed the man I love a bit too much. I was needy. Needing his reassurance and he told me to kick rocks. He basically said he didn’t want to stay in touch and that broke my heart. I know he is an avoidant man, and I was ok with that because deep down I’m an avoidant too. I love him!! Cannot let him go but I also understand that I cannot ever return the same way. If I ever do try to get him back I have to be different. Indeed, I am different and I know that because I surprise myself with my own reactions and behaviors when it comes to the situation. I don’t want to lie to myself anymore, but I also do not want to be stupid and hope for the best. I have to take action, but strategic action and with the right time.

He's been to a councillor told him he's a narcissist and iv let him go for good this time completely blocked him got rid of his number.... Elo mr Alex am from Uganda please help me my husband left me in house with two children and told my mother and his family and our landlord that his nolonger responsible to us he said i should use the things he left in house but i had no job nothing to feed children no money to pay rent but he keep on telling people he give money i left the house and now struggling with my children what can i do for him to regret at list to support children because one is schooling hv no fees to pay am still looking for a job please help me how to make him regret or to take his responsibilities

A “ man “ desire control more than sex …….coercive control law was passed in certain European countries …….they will end up with a huge litigation lawsuit possibly prison time ……make sure you tell your male clientele females know the laws .A controlling “ man” needs to be in rehab . Have a great one everybody .
