Thank you for a lovely discussion , I am glad that both of you mentioned the importance of talking about menopause and perimenopause- this is such a hush and quite thing that many women suffer alone , the importance of mental health and the ridiculous idea that African women can take anything ! ❤, the community support and most importantly the support from loved ones 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 is so important 💯

Some people feel recurrent headaches

There are people that experience headaches from the fluctuation of Estrogen in the perimenopause and early menopause stage. This is called hormonal headaches. It usually stops when menopause is reached. That being said persistent headaches should always be evaluated by a doctor.

Is it possible for Huge uterine fibroids to prolong menstruation till 64 years?

If you are still bleeding by the age of 64 years old it is considered abnormal. The endometrial lining ( the lining of the cavity ( center)) needs to be evaluated by taking a biopsy. A biopsy is taking a sample of tissue from the area of concern. The fibroids will not be the most common cause of bleeding at this stage of life.
