I recommend every lady take a 30 day social media cleanse as a part of starting fresh. For one it’ll make you mysterious & unreachable (which is even more attractive, as it shows you value your time). But in addition, I find that it causes a lot of brain fog, depression, & unoriginality. We often go there & copy other pickme’s looks because it gets a lot of “likes” or read a dusty’s quote about relationship & it gets locked in our subconscious. Apart of my cleanse I was able to read more books, focus clearer, no depression or fomo, no being influenced by pick me women. I now have my own free mind & LOVE it. Now I just use it in moderation & will NEVER go back to over exposing myself for attention or wasting time like a havoc. Sprinkle sprinkle ladies 💖

Truth girl, I have been weaning myself off of FB for the last 4 years, I disable my account for months at a time. IG I haven't uploaded a new pic since Jan. 2019. I value my time so much, it's almost weird bc I feel like most ppl assume when you dont comment or interact you're just lurking. My list has cleaned itself up well, only the real ones stick around.

Indirectly seeking attention, likes, ect is not feminine at all & I find men respect me more when they notice I’m “missing”. Most women lack self control & their mind is hijacked by the internet world. Won’t be me lol! 💯 Definitely agree I also believe it’s who you follow your socials are kind of what you make it so I’m logged out pretty much everyday and spend maybe less then an hour on insta for example sometimes I forget to log in I prefer RU-vid always been my main social if you’d like but yes I tend not to follow certain celebrities or people who don’t inline with with I’d like to be as a young lady I see too many Young people looking up to certain artist thinking their goals and it’s just distasteful imo

My dad told our jealous family members everything about my career and then my year was dropped and then after 1 year i got in the most prestigious college. I didnt told my dad too untill it was time to pay the fees and then too i told my dad that lie at home that i am not doing anything upto 3 months he kept it a secret and then at a family gtahering he told everyone and all smiling faces were soo pissed,jealous and angry I will never forget their facial expressions and nobody congratulated me IMAGINE! Since then Lie has been my best friend.

Things always tragically unravel when people even think they know my business. Since I started keeping my mouth shut I've had so much peace of mind. I also don't trust my parents to keep any secrets. Even when you explicitly tell them that you don't want your business to be known they eventually spread it everywhere and negative nancies have something disturbing and purely envious to say. This year I'm cutting people off and living in silence

Yes. That's such an issue. I used to put myself last thinking at some point I'll actually have the things that I want. I am still waiting. Years ago, before finding She-Ra's channel, I leveled up physically but not mentally. Guess what ladies? I attracted a lot of men but fell for a dusty that broke my heart! He saw from my behavior that I didn't value myself. It took everything I had to walk away. Now I've learned from my mistakes and I'm taking my time. She-Ra, your channel has made me a new women!

So many of us settle for struggle love or toxic black relationships and don't invest enough in ourselves. It's common in the Black American community for women to settle. The girls in the group already know, there is an audible I just finished.. is amazing .. and wonderful for mental level up, its called ¨love yourself like your life depends on it¨ what was happening to me with this exterior level up and excluding men and targeting old men etc etc is that my heart grew colder. And at the end it doesnt click, because we are meant to love but dont know who should we love, and it is ourselves, and loving ourselves go way beyond putting make up and better clothes, and staying away from ppl... its a subconscious thing. I really recommend it, simple and quick mental exercises that wont do anything else but help us get our full potential.

Doubleshot I’m glad you asked. I rolled up to the drive throu and I was met with a heavier set black women with a tie head on, I am pretty sure she was younger than me...I said Hiii and handed her the change for my coffee. Then she was like I got to ask you something and then she was like “ would you want to be rich?” I was like” Yahhhhh of course”, and all her coworkers in the back was like “See ,see”. ...She was like “wow, no...not me. I’d be bored if I didn’t have to work and just stayed home all day” ...I was like “That’s when you start your business” and in my head I was like and go to the gym (I’m not being mean she was over 200lbs ) and then she saw someone passing I guess a regular and shouted out the window to the grown man “BIG NOSE” I was in shock I almost drove away without my coffee. 😂😂 There are real life pickmeisha’s out here and bob the builders. If you live together and can't stand alone without him moneywise, start leveling up slowly while there and plan to leave. If you don't live with him start to go out and meet other guys so when you do leave you have plenty of options. Like shera says, get another one lol
