You need to either remove the ABS/ASR fuse or remove the ASR brain(computer module) from under the hood

I'm sure you could but it's it's going to be really hard at a point it's not worth it. In this case It's cheaper and easier to get a car with ESP fitted from the factory. ESP requires additional sensors, Like a steering angle sensor, a yaw sensor, ESP control module, the wiring harness and another ECU.
