I own 93 200d.. didn't drive more than 140km/h. Nice job But my dad told me that he brought it from Germany 1st owner that he drive it full gas for about 100km and he acquired the top speed about 163-165.. once he say he managed 169kmh but with some downhill. But in that time car was 3 years old...
So fresh instrument cluster - looks like a decent car. Is your visco clutch working? Car idles too warm (almost 100 degrees) ... and that left turn signal ... :) :) :)
@sw4gr1d But if you want to run one of the M BMW's daily, you need a 'bit' more extra money... A W124 Diesel is a great all day car. Comfortable and extremly cheap to run in every way, from prices for spare parts to fuel and insurance/tax
@sw4gr1d I think his point was a 'modern' performance car. If I had the money I would prefer a W124 500E over a 200D of course. But if i could get a modern AMG Merc for free, I would sell it immediately and buy a proper car from the late 80's or very early 90's. I hate all that electronic crap and the tiny 4 cylinders with 300hp+

well, these are cars that can last a century, not like cars who reach 0-100km in matter of seconds and they last with their power for at maximum 5 years that s a huge difference, if you consider buying a car as an investment and not hobby or show off
@@czujnyobserwator już 190 z 2.0D zbiera się jak muł, a W124 jest jeszcze cięższe więc dramat. Zresztą 200D ma 2 silniki, więc może Twój tato ma ten lekko mocniejszy
