hello I have a similar problem but with two rows of LEDs that do not light up even when flexing they do not light up they will be electrocuted or burned ... what voltage they have and where can I find them thanks 1000

after inspecting the traces (2 dead columns of LEDs) I am unable to locate the crack. Can these be seen under magnification or should I use flexing under power to for contact to find the crack location. thanks.

I have two rows that are not working.after i solder them should i replace the lcd screen with a new one or will the old one be fine.

everyone replaces the LCD screen. Is the real problem the backlighting or do both fail over time? Watching this vid taught me to check backlighting and I found 2 columns of LED lights out. I will attempt solder repair.

If I may ask, I opened my dash and found 2 light columns not working one at same position of the light column you fixed and the second was at the opposite side of the panel. the problem is that couldn't determine the exact tracs i to apply soldering to. can you provide me with any lead to start from? Thanks.

I get faded screen on my w203 dash. It starts to fade when it's hot. I am not an electronic specialist by no means. Does your method address this issue or do I need to change the LCD?
