the first you tube video showing you what has to be done to fix the rear window on a cl500. because its kinda hard ive been putting off doing this for some time. now that it wont work at all I had no choice.
Awe, you're welcome. Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions. I know I haven't made a new video in a while but I will be giving an update real soon. Thanks for the support...
@@shanewhaler i got to chase the wire for the taillights they have no power as of now both of them and i can't find a blown fuse in non of the fuse boxes for taillight 😂
Previous guy replaced the rear Sam unity under the rear seat and didn't install it back to its spot when i was trying to install it back to its spot so i can see the fuses thru the opening but i didn't disconnected my battery so i blew the pre fuse box in trunk i got a new one installed it most of my power came back but taillights and rear trunk button still has no power so i am chasing that now 😂
Painful but a good way to learn about your car take it all a part and see what is it made out of 😂 i am kind a glad I messed up a bit because i have learned alot about my car and getting my non existent mechanical skills up a notch
I tried fixing my taillights problem by replacing the rear Sam with one from my parts car but it didn't help. The lights are worse off now. I have to disconnect my battery every time I park it for more than 30 minutes.
It would have been nice if you elaborated a little bit more on the removal of the panel I know you said there was two screws behind the handle but there is also one underneath the seat and also showing us if you lifted it up how you forced it out because I'm kind of scared to force it out on the top of the top end of it thanks
Its like bolted to it. Mine wasn't separated, but once you're in there you can see it. There is a trick you might need to know about if the cables separate/ plastic retainer.
