Well the W464 is great but this is not the w464. This is the w463 which is the pre-facelift version with n/a engine. The w464 has a biturbo engine, which is the reason why the sound of the latest version is much worse.

Great sound👍, but actually, this particular engine, called M273, isnt the most reliable. The most reliable engine V8 engine used in Gwagen is the M113K, 5.4 liter in G55 AMG.

@@bikerman6907 I'm looking at purchasing a 2014 model. If you don't mind just really quick, what are some common issues with the engine? I'm purposefully avoiding turbo/supercharged models as there is less mechanics. Thank you.

@@nathanc5789 I am sure you will have a good car with many trouble free km's if you buy a 2014 G500👍. And agree that a nat aspirated engine is maybe a better buy than the one with twin turbos, less complicated. Although quite abit slower, but the G wagon is not a sports car! But in general, the nat aspirated engine M273 and the twin turbo 5.5 Liter, M157, wasnt Mercedes most reliable masterpiece. You should google, M273 reliability and M157 reliability. But if you wanna buy a G wagon from 2012 - upwards, these engines are your only choice, I believe the 4 liter hot-V came in the new model, from 2019 - I just bought a 2006 model G55 AMG, with only 30000 km on the clock. And according to people who know Mercedes inside out, the engine/auto combo in this vehicle is a near bullet proof one, (M113K engine/722.6 which is a 5 speed auto. This engine/gearbox combo is from 2005 and up to 2012. Good luck with your purchase, they are some awesome machines😊👍

Да вроде не гремит, но вот свистит точно, нужно регулировать дверь. А если в целом по ощущениям от езды, не самый лучший авто на которых удалось поездить :)
