Beautiful car and amazing work! I love this engine! I once had a S202 C250TD (OM605) and I optimized it for veggie oil. Oil pump in the trunk, no fuel return line, fuel heater, bigger fuel lines, injectors with more pressure… I drove >200tkm with 100% oil and it ran better than with diesel and it even started quite well with 100% oil. If there wasn’t the rust…
OLD IS GOLD wow, so clean This is gorgeous car man Congrats I would choose this one instead of ANY NEW MERCEDES, slr, AMG one, brand new shitty G-wagon, etc etc This in my opinion is better that 2jz Can make huge power and still doing 40+ mpg
I really appreciate what you do. Honestly saying, I've got 190 2.0d now, and my dream is already came true when I see your work on w124 OM606... I from Belarus and if you have a chance to teach me how can I do the same thing, it will be great. Kind regards, #blomppo creator of masterpiece!)
Beautiful W124 Wagon!!! Can you tell me the specs on your wheel setup? they look like 18" monoblocks but can you share the widths (Front & Rear) and offsets? I have been trying to find a set for my 1995 W124 wagon and I keep hearing that 18's will rub without extensive fender modifications? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks, Ryan
@@Blomppo995 It looks amazing! Also i would love to know what modifications you did to the OM606 and which transmission you used in this build? I have a 1995 E250D with the NA OM605 engine. Contemplating doing the OM606 swap and wanted to get a list of mods that make the car very reliable and I'd like to maintain the manual transmission.
