Man! I'd sure like to have the 7 speed transmission in the 4X4 3 liter sprinter van! Keep the same rear ratio and get better fuel milage on the top end!
Edysin Simon I agree the 7-speed transmission will be great for the four by four and four the regular 3.0 increases gas mileage 15 to 20% the reason is going the 5 speed trans is because costs more money and the rather go with a 5-speed which is easier for them and cheaper
hi there I owned 2014 v4 2.1 model and now Im getting the 2015 v6 3.0 model still it would me the 2500 model but just the 170" wheelbase not the 144"....in terms of fuel consumption will there be a big difference? thank you
Andy Gruuve hello Andy for the 170 wheelbase 3.0 vs 2.1 diference in fuel is very small amount because you only adding more weight you may be looking at 1 to 2 MPG diference. But the great thing is that you have 15 to 20% more space to make your conversion witch that will be a shower restroom and a closet . Great extra space
