Thank you for a good video. Might want to back up the camera a little. What has been your experience with the roof top AC unit so far? Any problems? I noticed it takes a lot of space on the roof and the roof rack space is reduced by quite a bit.
Nat S. yes sorry! Most of the time i have to get done quickly. With 4kids running around it hard to set up to get the best angles. Yes it takes up alot of room on the roof. But so far i have been able to make it work. I had the rack built around the ac unit.
Hey, great video. I'm struggling a little with mine because I got everything down for the AC and the front piece, but the second piece is not coming off easily on the drivers side. I looked behind the headliner and it appears that there is a tab that is part of the headliner that is keeping it from sliding forward. Did you run into this issue? Any suggestions?
Ive been looking everywhere online and i see you have seen the rear ac unit. My question is, is it only electrical or does it have refrigerant lines coming from the engine
Its been so long i don't remember. I want to say there are electrical and refrigerant lines. Check out my interior wiring video and maybe the soalr instal. You might be able to see something.
I was told independent or wouldn’t be so large. So just electric and thermostat. I’ll be trying to ad a 12v supply and separate Ac thermostat. Instead of installing another unit in back for 10v boondocking. Let me know if find out before myself
