In this video you will see how I fit the electronical throttle sensor into my pre facelift Mercedes W202 which originally came with an ordinary cable controlled throttle. This upgrade will be very helpfull when installing the aftermarket ECU. Also you will see my first attempt at repairing a saggy headliner and some interior panels with faded coloring. The sunroof looks like the lifting angle may be broken, this happens when the roof is not lubricated during maintenance. Its nice to see that you are going with a drive by wire throttle system, the pedal value sensor installation looks fine, there should be a small return spring on there also. Will you be using the intake manifold runner change flap? Very nice work you are doing on the interior and thanks for the video...

Thank you! No i am not using the runner change flap. I talked to several people about it but they said the flap doesnt really change low end torque as it doesnt really have a shorter or longer path. I already made a blocking plate for it.

@@CZSMotorsport Can you try to show some details of the baldur set up when the time comes? Those units do the EMS and 722.6? I switched from 716.648 to 722.351 for drag racing, I prefer the 716.648 for street car but clutch getting hurt on dragstrip with slick tires.

Frage: Von welchem Modell stammt das Sechsgang-Getriebe? Ich habe meinen 190e 2.6 auf M104 3.2 umgebaut und nunja... Das alte Fünfgang-Getriebe ist- was die Bedienung angeht nicht unbedingt ein Quell der Freude... Klar wäre dann einiges umzubauen und neu zu konstruieren, aber das wäre es mir Wert...
