@@masood-tv I was able to get the cluster out with the same jigsaw blades you have. I shipped her away for service after my work shift at the ups store can’t wait to get it back thanks again! 🙂

Wonderful. When you get it back, make sure the speed and fuel handles are reset properly.

@@bronevaya I was stressing to check that...the repair vendor does it. If it is not done properly, they should pay for shipment and redo it.

Hi, it is hard to tell... It may be that your speedometer is going bad or a connection is faulty.

The speed sensors (4) r on each tire. They're for the ABS brakes

Hi Kevin, The repair service I refer to in the video does not send you a replacement cluster. You will get your original cluster back with your original number of miles intact.

Hi Andrew, all I can suggest is to watch the video starting at 2:18 mins to see the mechanism at work...also, don't give up, it should work if you have the keys and inserting them in correct orientation.

The tab on each side that is blocking the console from removal has to be simply pulled in to clear the way...the spring action you see in the video pushes the tabs outwards locking it in place inside the dash frame.

Hi sandtrapdummy - it should. I have never tried it. The cluster does not feed anything significant back to the car. So, if you have to remove it in order to have it repaired, test and see. Keep in mind you won't be alerted of any issues or see the speedometer while driving...

@@sandtrapdummy - just search eBay sellers with good ratings or the one I have in the video - send it out and you will have a perfectly working cluster in less than a week. Good luck.

Ultimately, it is a repair of a non-working cluster. Albeit I did not do the repair. I remove the cluster, show where I send it for repair, and then I replace it. It is cheaper than if I repair it myself. I just want to show my viewers of this alternative. Thx.

Hi Draco Yay, do you mean you had a non functioning cluster which you had sent for repair and once back it still doesn't work? If yes, there are two possibilities. It wasn't repaired which is doubtful, or that your problem was not the cluster.

I bought a new out of another Mercedes i checked it before I bought it. It worked I plugged it up into my car and it still didn’t come on
