hi, and thanks for watching and commenting. If you haven't already, please subscribe to the channel. This one, we just had to drive it hard to force more fuel pressure through the injector, and that did the trick hope that helps have a great day 😀

thank you very much for answering. just another question, actually two cylinders have this Problem for me. i mean, do you think i schuld drive the car just with two cylinders, until the other two are used? i removed both of those problem injectors and found they were still new, meaning they had not Benn fired. did you have the same Problem? @@cairney0037

Hi. I am having an issue with writing the new injector codes. Uve mentioned something about Autel data. How did you do that? How did you erase it? Ive got an Autel 908p but, wont let me code them in. Thank you

Hi, and thanks for watching and commenting. If you haven't already, please subscribe and have a great day. I couldn't comment on the capabilities on the 908 Bluetooth, but I am here for the money. It's a good tool. The one I'm using is the 919 maxys with the pass through VCMI the problems I was having was we did not have full communication no live data I was thinking there was a wiring or ecu issue bymut after speaking with autel uk as my machine is licensed through autel the issue was rhe auto detect although selected the correct vin and model of van was selecting the wrong ecu so what autelnDvised to do was to go in manual and select the year engine no and ecu numbers manually and that gave us full communication and we were able to code the injectors the issue with this van initially was a leaking high pressure fuel pump and after replacing that it just wouldn't even fire or build fuel pressure eventually after replacing all 4 injectors ingot it to run again and not long after doing this van a friend of mine who works for royal mail said that van you disnwe now have countless waiting for injectors sprinters and crofters don't like the fuel running out of the injectors for whatever reason 🙄 they just seem to mechanically lock up and you will have a non start scenario and no codes to go on my friend said most of the vans were. only getting fuelnfilters replaced and just never started again. I hope that helps

After checking everything else, and I mean everything, lol. It's now a thing with sprinter and crafter vans. I've even heard of injectors locking up after simple fuel filter change they just don't start again. I've a friend who works for royal mail. I'm not sure how many parts there was to this video, but this van was initially recovered with a fuel leak, and the fuel filter plastic bleed pipe was broken off and fuel pouring out it we then found the high pressure pump pouring fuel out just with ignition on low pressure side leak so replaced with a second hand unit at customers request and as expected it leaked also so after fitting a brand new genuine Mercedes pump it wouldn't even fire so after much head scratches and pondering and checked everything I said we shall remove the 4 injectors and send for test the owner said don't bother were in to deep now let's just put 4 brand new ones in and she fired straight up hope that helps and if you have mnt allready hit that subscribe and have a great day 😀

@@cairney0037 do you remember if you measured the injectors itself ? where they at 2.5 volts by any chance ? have similar problem checked pump changed rail and sensors checked low pressure checked wiring to ecu and have code for low pressure fuel p0087 . the only thing that I have not checked is injectors itself but i know thar i dont have squirt

@johnysgarage, they could be stuck open, giving you a low pressure side. 2.5 v is communication lime, that's sounding normal to me. I use Haynes workshop pro if you have that stick. The code in it it will give you the woring check for the injectors circuit
