Thanks for the ride down memory lane. Brings back good memories. You even passed by the site of my grandfather and father's old drug store (what we used to call them in the old days) @ 9:55. It has since been demolished. Good times back then. E.F. Young hotel, Esperanza lounge, Maxey's gun shop, the bike shop & second hand store, Dr. Kornegay's office and Mr. Sturdivant's gas station (where the car wash is now) were once staples on 5th St.
