Did ZTL miss the new NP damage up line from Nursery's upgraded skill? They gave her 30% arts up and 20% no damage up for 3 turns, making her steroids decent.
yesterday I talked about who will be the unit with my friend. He said Tamamo and I said Merlin as a joke haha. As a big Merlin enjoyer I'm happy. This will be funny in combination with the new cd skill
Hokusai's buffs are supposed to proc first. Due to a glitch, her Defense Down is ALSO proccing first! They're supposedly "fixing" that, though I wish they'd leave it.

Why people so shocked that merlin gets a buff? They re-released him as Lady Avalon with MUCH BETTER kit. It's obvious they have to tune him in someway.
@@Hansen_0101 that is cope. Lady Avalon is a sidegrade at best. If you want to min turn with Jalter, Morgan, Super Orion etc., you would still use Merlin since his Hero Creation is buster. He didnt need the buff at all. Tamamo needed that because her 2nd skill is outdated.
@@kristianschuff1723 it "just" makes his position more solid, also considering he's basically married to Morgan in most cases, this crit buff puts him and Lady A in 2 more unique positions.
Way to shore up the weaknesses of the invincible comp with a 3 turn crit buff, 10% charge to fire off the 5 stacks of solemn defense on turn 1 and a CD reduction beside. Absolute mad lads.
So that's 600% buster crit damage for Super Orion with his skills and np with double Merlin plug summer Skadi. And he's feed 110% np charge before giving him a CE.
honestly I feel this need one more thing all they needed to add was 20% NP gauge to self on top of the 10% to all allies and i feel he would not really need any more buffs
I was expecting 20% AOE when I saw the battery, 40% AOE would make him competitive with other loopers, specially since it's a split battery, but c'mon this is such a nuts skill anyway...
Exactly, I honestly believe that most players myself included when we said "Merlin Buff" it was more for the memes... we never tought they would actually do it
I use a Miss Crane, Habetrot, Koyanskaya, Merlin and Oberon to make Arcueid and Melusine 3T Buster loop and make a ton of damage. Now with this, I don't need to give Habetrot Battle of Camlann and give her a Star bomb (Sometimes, Arc doesn't refund enough stars for Miss Crane's NP) !!!
So if we put NP order as Morgan's > Merlin's > Castoria's , then Castoria gets guaranteed 5-hit Solemn Defense now, no NP2 required. If I'm calculating right.
Have merlin still rotting at skill 1/1/1 not even putting it up for support, the buff is good, but still not like I am going to pay 100QP tons of mats to ever use him. Nah still pissed that Ruler Altoria hasn't gotten a party buff or any other skill buff. So next year caster Earth better get her 3EX NP buff, (meaning her np counts as quick arts and buster). cause this 9th year anniversary was dissapointing. aside from Beast Eresh
