Mermaid Color Jelly Cake Sea Jelly Cake Recipe 

I made a beautiful mermaid colored jelly cake that is perfect for summer.
The sparkling sea-colored jelly is so pretty that it looks like you're eating the sea.
[For one 15cm bottom round type]

〈Cheesecake〉
・85g Biscuit
・40g Melted unsalted butter
・100g Cream cheese
・ 40g Sugar
・ 10g Lemon juice
・ 50g Yogurt
・100g Heavy cream
・ 5g Gelatin powder
・ 40g Water
〈Lemon Jelly〉
・ 200ml Water
・30g Sugar
・15ml (1tbsp)Lemon juice
・5g Gelatin powder
〈Sea color jelly〉
・250ml Water
・30ml (2tbsp)Shaved ice syrup Blue Hawaii
・30ml (2tbsp)Shaved ice syrup strawberry
・10g Gelatin powder
・Chill and harden in the refrigerator.
・It's cute even if you color it with your favorite color.
