Ralez I think it's got a lot to do with graham norton's openness and warmth but also the effects of british television. I don't know if it's true or not but as far as I've noticed british tv is far more laid back and british comedy is also far better than what americans are used to.

Drew even had him on her show and both talked about it and the time they met some years after shooting Music and Lyrics and started making out in the middle of the restaurant. Lol

@@lstt7845 Hugh said that Drew Barrimore gave him notes, which is feedback/direction about how to act, the implication being that Hugh was offended by it and thus he and Drew didn't much like each other afterward. It's not something an actor, especially with such experience, should give another. When Hugh asks Meryl Streep (!) how she would react in such a situation, she jokes by saying that Hugh gave her some and she took them well. She's kidding, but definitely a demonstration of her sharp wit.
