admittedly im only 36 minutes into this masterpiece and i might eat my words, but somehow you have forgotten a few of the scouring of the shire hero's. Will Whitfoot, Gaffer Gamgee, Lotho and the GOAT Baldo Tulpenny

competitively speaking, nori, dori, gloin and bifur would be above kili and fili. all of these are great hero options.

I think Erkenbrand would be Fantastic if he was in more Legendary legions. He is still F5 D7 , the Upgrade is great (it is just a very cheap banner, for like 6points). But most important is his war-Horn that is +2 C (only rohan but still). That horn alone as a peace of wargear would be ≈ 40p (60p ,but 30p for a warhorn is to expensiv)
