I heard about the new balance frames through RU-vid and they look awesome. I’ve been thinking about going back to blading also (used to skate in the 90’s). After stumbling upon your channel and watching your videos I definitely want to skate again. I don’t think I’d find the guy behind the frames I’ve been drooling over haha. Thanks for the inspiration to start again. Now I just have to find a good boot for these frames 🤙🏾
I skated balance 2 half the summer on Mesmer thrones. I felt much more nimble in the stock setup while skating but my grinds have been so much better with the Balance 2. I love the spacing on the wheels and the one tool hardware. My favorite flat frame so far. The Yandy Green looks dope with my black thrones and green soulplate
Dang Law!! These frames look awesome! Those would be crazy good at grinding flat on 52s. I love the changes you made. I missed the live stream. Any wild colors on the way?
It's the 1st run of the new balance. It's only black and white for this time. If they sell good, then he'll probably do colors, just the same as when he first brought the original balance frames back. Gotta make the money first.
10 years of usd thrones speaking: When back royal, keep your legs a lil more spread out. ;) PS The original USD UFS soulplate is Wide(r). No xsjado wide, but waaay wider than an M12.
Was looking at the balance 2 (skated the balance og ones forever) and was curious if you like them better for flat or the prime? Seems like the balance 2 are better for flat after watching both of your review videos?
since that ledge has a little curve to it, ao soul would need you to push your soul foot a little further in the direction youre going. just to kinda spin you back the other way. you'll slide it further. (for me i was always better at holding an ao soul with my switch foot. go figure)
Hello! I was wondering, where are your favorite sites to order parts in the US? I’m looking to switch to a flat setup but not sure where to go buy frames and wheels.
I wanna go for a skate after seeing this video, I sadly just found out both pairs of skates I own have one damaged booth and are unusable... I've to wait another 2 days for delivery of a new pair of skates, or use the good orange left skate in combination with the good green right skate. Both pairs are identical skates, besides the color... :-)
Get away from the mesmers, I say it all the time, they look cheap and anyone who thinks the sharpee marker art is good should be questioned on all decisions they make as a company. So ready to try my new prime frames on my sebas when it gets a tad warmer here
The only thing that's cheap on the Mesmer is the buckle and the buckle receiver, and maybe the cuff bolts. The liners are high quality but they're stuffed with padding to the point that it is tough to get them on. The PEBAX seems legit.
@@seanpellegrino2989 My friend like the Mesmer, if anything, he upsized. For reference his foot size is US10.5 and he wore classic thrones in US11. This is because he rides it in US11 back when non-UFS thrones still around. The problem really comes to the wonky boot sizing and tight liner really.
@@seanpellegrino2989 You can ask one of my homie over here and what he did to make it fit, his setup in mostly stock with Intuition V2 liner as the change.
